Large late 18thC carved pine wall bracket
A very nice quality late 18thC carved pine wall bracket, typically used as doorway entrance shelter supports. It currently has black paint on it but there are layers of other paint underneath. The main figure is of a busty maiden and then to the bottom there is a carved lions paw with ribboned scrolls behind. It measures 80 cm high by 50 cm deep and is approx 10cm thick.
